Job Description
We are seeking a visionary AI & Future Tech Lead to define our strategic roadmap leading up to 2026. At Nexus Horizon, we are building the infrastructure for tomorrow’s intelligence. You will be responsible for identifying emerging technologies, such as Generative AI and Quantum Computing, and integrating them into our core product suite.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AI and automation.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers in research and development.
- Identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, edge computing) to enhance our competitive edge.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and scalability in our cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Large Language Models.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
