Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with IEEE 7001 and EU AI Act standards
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for large-scale LLM deployments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on ethical AI principles
- Create transparency documentation for autonomous decision-making systems
- Advise product teams on ethical AI design patterns for 2026 consumer applications
- Monitor emerging regulations and industry best practices
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and regulatory consultations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics governance or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies for machine learning systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work or certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics Certificate)
- Proficiency with Python for bias analysis tools
