Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits across ML pipelines using fairness metrics and impact assessments
- Lead stakeholder consultations with policymakers, academia, and community groups on AI governance
- Establish real-time monitoring systems for model drift and ethical compliance post-deployment
- Design training programs for engineers on responsible AI development practices
- Author transparency reports for high-risk AI systems as per regulatory requirements
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and standardization bodies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques for generative AI and predictive models
- Proficiency with fairness assessment tools (AIF360, IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Experience drafting AI ethics policies for regulated industries (healthcare, finance)
- Strong knowledge of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US NIST AI RMF, Singapore MAS guidelines)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
