Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in healthcare, finance, and critical infrastructure
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines using advanced statistical modeling
- Develop policy blueprints for regulatory compliance with evolving international AI standards (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Lead stakeholder workshops with C-suite executives, regulators, and civil society organizations on responsible AI deployment
- Establish real-time monitoring systems for algorithmic transparency and ethical risk mitigation
- Author white papers and position papers for UN summits and G7 AI governance forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Juris Doctor, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for deep learning models
- Proven track record influencing global AI policy (e.g., contributions to OECD AI Principles, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python/R for algorithmic auditing and statistical analysis of ML systems
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, EU AI Act compliance)
- Experience with cross-functional agile teams in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
- Public speaking expertise at international tech ethics conferences
