Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech
- Expertise in ML fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Published research on AI ethics or technology policy
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI implementations
