In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for the architectural design of our flagship product roadmap, ensuring our technology leads the market by the time we launch in 2026. You will work at the intersection of deep learning, robotics, and edge computing, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cutting-edge deep learning models tailored for autonomous navigation and decision-making systems.
- Define the technical roadmap and strategic milestones for the 2026 product release cycle.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize inference latency and energy efficiency on edge devices.
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for machine learning engineering within the team.
- Research and integrate emerging AI paradigms, including generative AI and reinforcement learning, into our core stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, specifically Transformers and CNNs.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering complex, production-ready software systems.
