Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance AI models and neural networks optimized for the 2026 infrastructure stack.
- Lead the architectural vision for our proprietary LLMs and predictive analytics engines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, and Engineering to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Define technical roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems projects.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
