Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in blockchain architecture and post-quantum cryptographic protocols
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future tech ethics
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum circuit simulation platforms
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding for visionary projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
