Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and AI-driven autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains (Web4.0, metaverse ecosystems, biotech-digitization)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through patent analysis, academic partnerships, and startup scouting
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves and market disruption scenarios
- Present visionary tech strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and autonomous systems
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology (post-2025 applications)
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
