Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 5-year planning success
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech integration
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary R&D teams of 15+ professionals
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives generating >$50M revenue
