Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum, AI, biotech) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech domains (Web4, decentralized systems)
- Author visionary whitepapers and executive briefings on future technology paradigms
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships in next-gen technology ecosystems
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Certification in Futures Research or Technology Foresight preferred
