Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual technology foresight reports analyzing disruptive trends through 2026
- Design strategic roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Deliver executive briefings on technological disruption and market implications
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-generation technology deployment
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years experience in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or neurotech
- Proven track record of publishing futurist insights (whitepapers, TED talks, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology disruption
