Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era tech prototypes (AI agents, quantum-resistant systems, climate tech)
- Forecast market trends and disruptor opportunities using predictive analytics
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates on patent-pending sustainable tech initiatives
- Present annual '2026 Vision Report' to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Future Leaders' incubator program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in emerging tech with 5+ years in strategic futurism
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on disruptive tech (2019-2023)
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ ARR
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Rust preferred)
- Expertise in futures methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Speaking experience at TED, Web Summit, or equivalent tier-1 tech conferences
