- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with actionable insights for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future market needs
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable technology ecosystems
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy or product roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
