Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Develop error correction protocols and quantum hardware integration strategies for 2026-scale systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant cryptography solutions
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to translate theoretical models into practical quantum computing architectures
- Secure research grants and partnerships with leading academic institutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, and quantum hardware architectures
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research in quantum computing
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks and high-performance computing environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex quantum systems mathematically
- Experience securing research funding or managing R&D budgets
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
