Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale deployment
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum coherence beyond current limitations
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists and software engineers
- Research novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or equivalent
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and simulation tools
- Proficiency in Python/C++ for quantum algorithm implementation
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
