- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the company's 5-year product roadmap, identifying key growth vectors and technological breakthroughs.
- Trend Analysis & Research: Continuously monitor emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to forecast market shifts and integrate them into our product strategy.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with engineering, sales, and executive leadership to prioritize initiatives that maximize ROI and market share.
- Innovation Management: Spearhead the 'Innovation Lab' initiative, piloting experimental features that will define our brand in the 2026 landscape.
- Resource Planning: Forecast resource requirements and manage the budget for strategic projects, ensuring efficient allocation of talent and capital.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor roadmaps and market gaps to secure a first-mover advantage.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Technical Consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term product strategies and successfully delivering complex roadmaps.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of current and future tech trends (AI, Blockchain, SaaS evolution) with the ability to translate them into business value.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and inspire teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Agile Mastery: Experience managing product lifecycles in Agile or Scrum environments.
