- Translate emerging science into patentable intellectual property portfolios
- Champion ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and speculative design
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Systems Engineering
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ in emerging tech domains
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Proficiency in futures forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or corporate R&D funding
