Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships with DARPA and NSF
- Drive patent development for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Present findings at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Mentor junior talent through our Future Leaders Academy
- Collaborate with UN Sustainable Development Goals task force
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in federated learning, CRISPR applications, or quantum error correction
- Published in Nature or Science within the last 3 years
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
- Top 5% performance in Kaggle competitions or equivalent
- Previous experience securing government innovation grants
