Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Strategic planning experience with Fortune 500 or scaling startups
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
