Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology roadmaps implemented 5+ years ahead
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience with cross-cultural innovation ecosystems and stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
