Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-era AI governance frameworks
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Conduct scenario planning for post-quantum cryptographic transitions
- Advise C-suite on regulatory implications of next-gen tech adoption
- Build strategic partnerships with DARPA and academic research institutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
