Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological uncertainty
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Author thought leadership reports on the ethical implications of 2026 tech adoption
- Advise executive stakeholders on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on exponential technologies or long-term forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience working with global innovation ecosystems
