Responsibilities

- Present future-state blueprints to Fortune 500 executives at global innovation summits
- Curate our annual 'State of 2026' report read by 500K+ industry leaders
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating complex megatrends into commercial strategy
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive market transformations
