Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate resilience, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating 2026-2030 market transitions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen products/services
- Author forward-looking thought leadership published in Harvard Business Review and Wired
- Design AI-augmented strategic roadmaps with 15+ year horizon
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and systems thinking
- Published author or speaker at Davos, SXSW, or similar forums
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with specialization
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, Trend Hunter)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful 10-year+ strategic foresight projects
