Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight roadmap integrating quantum AI, climate adaptation systems, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with emerging tech trends
- Author white papers and policy frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine collaboration systems
- Establish KPIs for measuring societal impact of technological adoption across 3+ industry verticals
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and tech policy summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic tech innovation with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech domains
- Proven track record of translating complex scientific concepts into executable business strategies

- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
