Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proof strategies into organizational roadmaps
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation pods prototyping next-gen solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive market shifts and competitive disruption vectors
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress through advanced analytics
- Curate thought leadership content at Davos, TED, and industry-defining forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies and their societal/economic implications
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, patents, or industry reports)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation (minimum 3 major launches)
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
