Responsibilities
- Analyze disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities and business opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation adoption and future-readiness across business units
- Publish thought leadership reports and present strategic insights to executive stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate emerging startups and technologies
- Design organizational frameworks for agile adaptation to rapid technological evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
