Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ foresight framework, analyzing emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech), geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing products/services
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Drive cultural adoption of futurism principles across all business units
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles with demonstrated impact on long-term planning
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record translating futuristic concepts into scalable business solutions
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing C-suite and board-level executives
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ major innovation initiatives launched from foresight work
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF) preferred
