- Analyze geopolitical, technological, and demographic trends to inform strategic priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and government innovation hubs
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven experience developing long-term scenario planning frameworks
- Strong track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
