Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years of leadership experience
- Proven track record of delivering scalable solutions in at least two emerging tech domains
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural architecture, or sustainable tech infrastructure
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Experience securing federal grants or venture capital for R&D projects over $5M
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and quantum security protocols
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate vision into executable roadmaps
