Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2025-2027 horizon) to identify high-impact opportunities and threats
- Develop and present innovation roadmaps with 18-24 month execution timelines
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, AR, biotech, etc.)
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic capabilities into core offerings
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation budgets through compelling ROI projections
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and ethical tech governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech policies
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech futures (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global collaboration
