Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Networks.

- Oversee the integration of cutting-edge tools and frameworks into existing infrastructures, optimizing performance and user experience.
- Mentor a diverse team of engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business objectives.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and ethical guidelines in all future-facing developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, system design, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and scalable distributed systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast technological shifts and their business implications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
