- Present future tech strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Build and lead a 15-person future tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record shipping quantum/AI-powered products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future tech
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Expertise in sustainable tech frameworks (ESG/GHG protocols)
- Fluency in Python/C++ with cloud architecture certification
