Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML with 8+ years in quantum-neural fusion research
- Proven track record of deploying production AI systems at scale
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum annealing
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science AI)
- Experience securing federal research funding
- Strong background in AI ethics and alignment frameworks
