- Manage guest flow and ensure smooth venue operations during events
- Execute setup/teardown procedures for stages, seating, and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries
- Monitor crowd safety and enforce venue policies professionally
- Collaborate with team leads to execute event timelines flawlessly
- Assist with VIP guest handling and special access coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned event zones
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
