Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks with precision and creativity
- Provide exceptional customer service and build genuine guest relationships
- Operate espresso machines and maintain cleanliness of equipment/station
- Process cash/POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team to maintain fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months coffee shop/barista experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of espresso brewing techniques and coffee varieties
- Strong customer service orientation with friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume settings
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
