Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening operations (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out processes using resort management software
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for operational efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Maintain a pristine front desk and lobby environment
- Process payments and manage cash drawer procedures
- Assist with light administrative tasks including reservations and correspondence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service role
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Basic knowledge of Miami tourism attractions a plus
