Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art certification
- Proven leadership experience in high-volume hospitality settings
- Expert knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and extraction science
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Exceptional customer service with ability to handle VIP clientele
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Food Handler's Certificate and ServSafe certification preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
