Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event equipment including signage, staging, and tech gear
- Provide exceptional guest services and crowd control at venue entrances
- Distribute event materials and maintain inventory of provided equipment
- Collaborate with venue staff to ensure seamless event operations
- Enforce safety protocols and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Assist with post-event breakdown and equipment recovery
- Report operational insights to event coordinators
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid photo ID
- Previous event/hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
