Responsibilities
- Execute flawless event setups, operations, and breakdowns at convention centers, hotels, and outdoor venues
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, ushering, and information assistance
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety protocols to ensure attendee well-being
- Collaborate with venue managers and vendors to coordinate logistics seamlessly
- Manage equipment inventory and troubleshoot technical issues during events
- Represent clients with polished communication and brand ambassadorship
- Maintain detailed incident reports and post-event documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event staffing or hospitality experience
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
- Red Cross First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent)
- Strong physical stamina for extended standing and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
