Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes efficiently
- Ensure venue safety protocols are followed at all times
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees
- Direct foot traffic and maintain crowd control during peak times
- Coordinate with vendors and fellow staff members seamlessly
- Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to various event locations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of crowd control principles preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if driving required)
