Responsibilities
- Prepare and present specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions
- Operate espresso machines and maintain cleanliness of brewing stations
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and uphold quality standards
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for seamless operations
- Participate in seasonal menu development and promotions
- Train new baristas on brewing techniques and customer protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Ability to multitask in high-energy environments
- Strong attention to detail and quality consistency
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Nevada food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
