Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at VIP entrances, registration desks, and information booths
- Manage attendee flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and logistical coordination of event spaces
- Handle ticket scanning, credential verification, and crowd control duties
- Respond professionally to attendee inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event transitions
- Maintain inventory of event materials and equipment
- Document incidents and provide post-event feedback reports
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event coordination preferred
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor under pressure
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
