Responsibilities
- Brew and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages, following strict recipes and standard operating procedures.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and related equipment with precision and care.
- Greet every customer warmly and provide personalized recommendations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including cleaning counters, floors, and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation, restocking inventory, and keeping the cafe inviting.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Strong passion for coffee and a desire to learn the craft.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
