Responsibilities
- Brew Excellence: Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and cold brew, according to our strict quality standards.
- Customer Service: Greet every guest with a warm smile, take accurate orders, and provide recommendations to ensure a delightful customer experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment, including sanitizing equipment and restocking supplies throughout the shift.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with baristas and management to ensure smooth service during peak hours and assist with inventory management.
- Remote Flexibility: Utilize our digital tools to manage scheduling and communicate with the team efficiently, supporting a modern, hybrid work approach.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and food safety regulations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Equipment Proficiency: Comfortable operating espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems.
