Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and premium coffee blends.
- Familiarize yourself with our menu and make product recommendations to customers.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment for our guests.
- Follow health and safety standards to ensure food safety compliance.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is not required, but a strong desire to learn is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
