Responsibilities
- Craft Excellence: Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and pastries with precision and artistry.
- Guest Experience: Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to every customer, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operational Standards: Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation protocols in the workspace and dining area.
- Machine Mastery: Safely and efficiently operate espresso machines, grinders, and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and assist in inventory counts as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a barista or in the food & beverage industry is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee brewing, milk texturing, and latte art techniques.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attitude: A positive, reliable work ethic and a genuine passion for hospitality.
