Responsibilities
- Brew Excellence: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks and brewed coffee, according to strict recipes.
- Customer Service: Greet every guest with a warm smile, take accurate orders, and ensure a positive and memorable experience.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the coffee bar clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times to ensure a safe and inviting environment.
- Operations: Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and inventory management.
- Product Knowledge: Educate customers about our menu, ingredients, and brewing processes.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are a must.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
