Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry using provided equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness of espresso station, brewing tools, and customer areas
- Operate POS system accurately and handle cash/transactions
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless daily operations
- Participate in inventory management and restocking supplies
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years barista experience with espresso proficiency
- Passion for coffee craftsmanship and customer engagement
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Food Handler's Certificate preferred
- Positive attitude and reliability essential
